HeartLand Real Estate

104 E. Criner St. Grandview, TX 76050

My business card says HeartLand Real Estate, Broke Owner, but the heart of what I do is so much more.

A few things about me that can’t fit on a card:

  •       I live in the community (Grandview), and my children also live and work in the community (Godley & Alvarado)

         •       I attend church in Burleson.

         •       I know this market and serve clients in Tarrant, Johnson, Ellis, Hill, Bosque and Dallas areas.

  •       Community service is what I do and have done. I have served on boards for community improvement, school improvement, economic development and chamber involvement.

  •       I have served my fellow Realtors.  I was a Director with Johnson County of Realtors (JCAR) from 2010-2013, President in 2014 and Ex Officio in 2015.  In addition, I have served with the North Texas Real Estate Information System Board of Directors from 2010-2018.

I fully enjoy teaching and helping agents reach their goals, while giving their clients the BEST service.  It might sound hokey, but we are a family at HeartLand Real Estate.

I enjoy bringing ‘simplicity and clarity’ to the sometimes complicated issues that arise in real estate transactions.

I have represented my clients before City Planning & Development Directors, municipal boards – bringing an idea to fruition, in other words . . . development.

Side note:  I love horses and have been around them since a child . . . riding, showing western pleasure, barrel racing, teaching equine therapy, rounding up cattle and just enjoy watching them with my husband from our back porch.

Side note II:  Forgive me for being biased, but we have the cutest granddaughter (just born when I’m writing this) that I think anyone has ever seen.

Through the years, I do a lot of repeat business.  I enjoy my clients and have made many friends and have also helped them find exactly what they want – farm and ranch, residential, commercial or investment. The individual to me is always more important than the transaction, but in order for us to be successful – I focus on getting the transaction to a satisfied completion.

I would love to help you buy that ranch you have been dreaming of – purchase your first home -  And if your goal is to develop commercial real estate – I too have success in that arena.

If it’s real estate, I would appreciate the opportunity to help you.  And we can also talk about how Good our God is, horses, farm and ranch life or my granddaughter or your beautiful children and grandchildren too.
